PHOENIX, AZ (January 31, 2025) – Prisma Graphic, LLC (“Prisma” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of CenterGate Capital, announced today that it has increased its national marketing logistics footprint to six total production facilities with the acquisition of Vivid Ink Graphics, LLC (“Vivid”), located in Baton Rouge and New Orleans.
Prisma was attracted to Vivid’s expertise in large format and branded merchandise that will enhance Prisma’s current solutions in these areas. The two Vivid locations will be rebranded as Prisma Baton Rouge and Prisma New Orleans.

This approach has been the catalyst for Prisma’s expansion; the Company has grown from one location to six over the past four years.”
Prisma’s unique business solutions include its proprietary brand management software, dokshop, and programmatic direct mail backed by HITRUST security compliance and a robust print platform that includes offset, digital and large format capabilities. The addition of the two Vivid locations will double the Company’s volumes in large format and promotional merchandise and add custom decorating capabilities.

Prisma will continue to be headquartered in Phoenix and has goals to expand via future acquisitions or new facilities to further enhance its operations and offerings.
